Who We Are and What We Do
CODO is a non-governmental, non-profit organization registered in Tanzania under the Non-Governmental Act of 2002 (Registration No. 0NGO/00001002). Established to address the needs of vulnerable groups, we are based in Dodoma, the capital city of Tanzania, at P.O. Box 584, Makole Ward, Usomalini Street.
Since April 2018, CODO has worked to support vulnerable children, orphans, street beggars, and women through volunteer efforts. Our initiatives focus on health, education, and economic empowerment, with achievements including the Chomoza and Mwanamke Kwanza programs.

Empowers 240 women (80 active) with skills to produce disposable bags and baskets, fostering economic self-sufficiency since 2019.
Includes Church to Church (C2C), Mosques to Mosque (M2M), and CODO Community Awards to raise funds and support 48 children with health insurance.
Seeking Collaboration and Support
After three years of mutual observation, we propose a long-term affiliation for financial and management support, aligning our missions to sustain programs like Chomosa.
We seek your support to revive our efforts, starting with the Chomosa Program, leveraging intercountry NGO expertise.
We anticipate a prompt response to rescue vulnerable children from hunger, lack of education, and illness, viewing your support as a pillar for their future.
Gratitude to Our Supporters
We thank our local donors for their invaluable support:
